Tapiola Choir 50 and YL Male Choir 130 in the Music House of Helsinki on the 6th of April 2013. In the e.g. a world premiere by Ville Matvejeff, former singer of both of the choirs.
Tapiola Choir 50 years Anniversary Concert on the 11th of October in the Tapiola Hall of the Espoo Cultural Centre. In the program e.g. worl premiere Memories Memories of Aulis Sallinen.
Pasi Hyökki the choral conductor of the year 2010
The Finnish Choral Directors' Association (FCDA) has chosen Pasi Hyökki as the Choral Conductor of the year 2010.

Collaboration with the Espoo Music Institute
The Tapiola Choir will be collaborating with the Espoo Music Institute in providing instruction according to the advanced syllabus in choral singing under the national core curriculum as of autumn 2010. Grade examinations in choral singing and related studies will enable schoolchildren training as choral singers to complete the advanced syllabus in music in basic education or at the post-secondary level.Pasi Hyökki also appointed Artistic Director of the YL
